Angel’s Envy Straight Bourbon
Finished in Port Wine Barrels
With a Gold color laced with reddish amber hues, nearly copper in tone. Our bourbon is finished in port wine barrels which adds subtly distinct flavor nuances that enhance the whiskey without challenging it. Subtle vanilla, raisins, maple syrup and toasted nuts on the nose. Vanilla, ripe fruit, maple syrup, toast and bitter chocolate on the palate, with clean and lingering sweetness with a hint of Madeira that slowly fades
Pendleton Midnight Blended Canadian Whisky
Aged in American Brandy Barrels
Made with pure, glacier-fed spring water from Oregon’s Mt. Hood, Pendleton Midnight thrills the senses with a complex taste and exceptionally smooth finish begging to be explored. To add complexity and fruit-forward characteristics, a portion of the Pendleton Midnight blend is aged for over six years in American brandy barrels. Notes of leather and warm spices provide a full-bodied, authentic flavor that acts as a catalyst for socializing.
Belle Meade Bourbon
Finished in Oloroso Sherry Casks
The first release in the Special Cask Finish Series, represents the best of both old and new-world whiskey-making techniques as it's America's native spirit, Bourbon, that we have blended and finished like a fine Scotch. Reserve barrels are blended in small batches and then finished in Oloroso Sherry casks imported from Spain. Nose: Sweet full notes of dried fruits mingle with caramel and floral notes. Palate: Dark, rich dried stone fruits follow by caramel, and Rye spice. Finish: Long and lingering, with touches of nuts, vanilla bread pudding, and spiced cocoa.

Finished in French Oak Port Barrels
A blend of three sourced straight ryes, aged between 5 and 20 years, finished in port barrels: 95% rye, 5% barley malt from MGP; 53% rye, 37% corn, 10% barley malt from Barton Distillery; 80% rye, 10% corn, 10% barley malt from Barton Distillery. NOSE: rye spices, brown sugar, slight dill notes, caramel and vanilla, traces of oak. TASTE: lots of rye and Holiday spices accompanied by strong tones of vanilla, cinnamon and caramel, with some red or stone fruit on the palate with long finish of baking spices.

Finished in 10-year old Moscatel de Setubal Pipes
Our Flagship 5 year straight bourbon “finished” in 10-year-old Moscatel de Setúbal pipes. Moscatel de Setúbal is a rare, fortified wine produced on the Setúbal Peninsula of Portugal, a region known for its ideal climate for producing these wines. This “finishing” process adds notes of dried apricot and orange peel, with a honey and toffee sweetness. Candied nuts and a hint of fennel greet you for a lingering finish.
